SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Alle delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, events outside of our manufacturing controls. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, you will be notified by email and all title and risk of loss passes to you. you can use the link provided at the bottom to start a claim.
Shipping Damages:
We understand although Lambright Chimes has a very meticulous QC program prior to shipping to make sure that our customers get the best product possible. We also have a great relationship and overall great experience record with our primary carrier (UPS) but every once in awhile they have incidents with lost or damaged products. We also understand that once the product leaves our workshop we have zero control over the way that product is handled this is why we add complimentary insurance on all our shipped products.
