Refund policy
NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you an in-store credit that can be used toward future purchases.
Returns
Lambright Chimes follows a handmade-to-order B2C business model, which means we control our costs by reducing overhead to provide the best pricing available. One of the strategies we use includes minimizing on-hand materials and completed products and packaging until they are needed. Each item is made to order, and materials are allocated to your project within 24 hours (cooling-off period).
For this reason, we have a no return policy, which means that once you place your order, the item is yours (see exception below).
Cool-Down Period
We value all of our customers and always want to do the right thing and operate in good faith. For this reason, we offer a 24-hour “cool-down period”—a small window of opportunity to confirm that the product is truly what you want.
Once your order is confirmed, the cool-down period begins. You will have 24 hours from the time of order confirmation to request a cancellation.
If you elect to cancel your order during this time, we will issue you an in-store credit within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST), minus applicable payment processing fees (including transaction and reversal charges) and a $25.00 admin fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival—within 12 hours of delivery—and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the error is on our part, we will make it right without hesitation.
If you ordered the wrong item, we are not obligated to offer an exchange; however, we will do our best to help resolve the issue and ensure you have a great experience with Lambright Chimes.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We generally do not accept exchanges, but we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
